We are excited to announce our new self-service, streamlined automated process using OTech software for registration and check-in prior to arriving for your appointment at Country Hills Eye Center.  Using any internet-ready device this process will enhance privacy and then once you arrive in the Clinic, you will not be faced with long lines or wait time at our Check-In Desk.  This automation is HIPPA compliant using encrypted data transmission and allowing for time out, quit option, and password protection.

You will receive an email from the OTech Group a few days before your appointment that will allow you to verify, double check, and/or update your personal patient information and also pay your co-pay from home, in your car, or any location of your choice.  If you change your insurance information you will be directed to stop at our Check-In desk so a copy of your new insurance card may be scanned if you do not scan and upload one to us from offsite.  Just follow the email prompts and let us know your experience and suggestions.  We have helpful concierge staff available to guide you through your process.
